Security approach

V1 uses HTTPS on production, a private authenticated administration area, server-side database storage, session security controls, request validation and rate-limiting controls. Public website pages use no advertising or optional analytics cookies.

Data minimisation

Phone and organisation are optional. The general form is not intended for sensitive personal data or confidential client documents.

Implementation note

India's digital personal data protection framework is subject to phased commencement and continuing implementation. YORVA should review this disclosure and its operational controls as applicable legal requirements and processing activities evolve.
